Frequent questions:

When is the campsite open? The campsite is open from April 6 to September 28, 2024.

How far is it from the campsite to the nearest town centre? The campsite is 6 minutes away from Erquy town centre or 6 minutes from Pléneuf Val André by car.

Are unaccompanied minors accepted? No, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Are groups accepted? Groups are not accepted because this is a family campsite with guaranteed peace and quiet at night.

Do babies and children count as participants in the accommodation? Babies and children count towards the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Are animals accepted at the campsite? You can come to the campsite with your dog (1 maximum per pitch) for an additional fee and under certain conditions. Note that only dogs are allowed, other animals are not accepted on the campsite. So-called category 1 and 2 guard and defense dogs are not admitted. Your dog's vaccination must be up to date (for customers residing outside France, the dog must be up to date with its anti-rabies vaccination). He must also be tattooed or have an electronic identification chip. You will be asked for your health record when you arrive at reception.
On site, your dog must be kept on a leash and you must walk him outside the campsite. In the event of accidental soiling, we will ask you to pick up carefully.
Of course, he must always be under your supervision and must not be left alone on the pitch or in the home and we ask you to ensure that your dog does not disturb the peace of the neighborhood by his barking. For information, the town hall prohibits dogs on the town's beaches from June 15 to September 15.

I am staying on a campsite pitch...

What is the size of the campsite pitch? The campsite pitches for tents, caravans and campervans are about 80m2.

How many people can stay on a campsite pitch? The maximum capacity is 4 people.

What time is check in? Campsite pitches are available from 2 pm.

What time should pitches be vacated? Check out is before 12 noon.

Can we arrive on another day except Saturday? For campsite pitches, you can arrive and leave on the day of your choice.

I have rented a mobile home for my holiday...

What time is check in and check out? Check in is from 4 pm and check out before 10 am.

Can we arrive on another day except Saturday? Check in and check out are on Saturday only.

Can we set up a tent on the grounds of our mobile home? You can set up a tent on some mobile home grounds, but this will not change the accommodation capacity.

Can I park my vehicle on the mobile home grounds? Some mobile homes have a parking space, and for the others there is a car park.
