When do I need to book my holiday?
As early as possible if you want to have a wide range of choices.
How do I make my reservation?
On the internet, in our reservation section (very user-friendly). We will ask you for all the required details so that nothing gets forgotten. Payment is safe, and you can book the options you want directly.
If you would like more information, you can contact us on 02 96 72 24 65 and at firstname.lastname@example.org. By phone or by e-mail, if you want more details. Once all the details are registered, you will be asked to pay a deposit to confirm your reservation.
The reservation process is longer and less safe, given that there may be delivery problems or mistakes in e-mail addresses.
When must I pay for the stay?
You have 2 options:
The simplest solution is to pay the full amount when you reserve
or you can pay a deposit of 30% when you reserve and the rest at least one month before your arrival (the reservation may be cancelled if we do not receive the remainder of the payment in reply to our e-mail reminder). If your arrival is scheduled in less than one month, you will be asked to pay the full amount.
What are the means of payment?
Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (we recommend sending them by registered letter).
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed only after it is accepted by our reservation service. For online reservations, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours at the latest. Please check your spam folder or call us if you have not received the e-mail.
For a reservation by post, you will receive a confirmation in the mail after we have received your payment.
What other fees do I have to pay when I arrive?
For rental accommodation, we ask for a deposit of €200 (by cheque for preference) at check in.
The deposit will be returned to you after an inventory before check out. All other fees are usually paid before arrival. We have no booking fees, and the tourist tax is paid before your arrival, as are the options you chose on reservation. All activities are included (except for bike rentals, water sport equipment, restaurant, bar, etc.). We also ask for a separate deposit when you borrow games equipment (balls, bats, board games, etc.)
