When should I book my holiday?
The earlier the better if you want to have a choice.
How do I make a booking?
By internet, on our booking interface (very intuitive). This will ask you for all the necessary information to avoid forgetting any information. Payment is secure and you can book the options you want directly.
If you need information, you can contact us on 02 96 72 24 65 and via firstname.lastname@example.org. By phone or by e-mail if you need information. Once all the information has been validated, we will ask you to pay the deposit to confirm your booking.
The process is more time consuming and less secure for your booking, as there may be routing problems and email address errors.
When should I pay for my stay?
You have 2 possibilities:
- The total amount when you make your reservation to simplify the process
- or a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and the rest of the balance at least one month before your arrival (the booking can be cancelled in case of non-receipt of the balance after reminder by e-mail). If you are due to arrive in less than a month, the full amount will be required.
What are the payment methods?
Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, bank cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (we advise you to send them by registered letter).
How can I be sure that my booking is validated?
Your reservation is only validated after our reservation service has validated it. For an online booking, you will receive a validation email within 48 hours. Remember to check your spam / junk mail or call us if you have not received a reply.
For a reservation by mail, you will receive a validation by mail after reception of the payment.
What extra costs will I incur on arrival?
For rentals, we will ask you for a deposit of 200€ (preferably by cheque) on arrival.
It will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures on departure. Otherwise, everything must have been paid before your arrival. We do not charge any booking fees, the tourist tax has already been paid, as well as the options that have to be taken at the time of booking. All activities are included (except for those that require a fee, such as bike rental, water sports equipment, restaurant, bar...). We will also ask you for a separate deposit when you come to borrow games (ball, rackets, board games...)
